Daniel A. Fullner was born in West Point, Nebraska. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska in 1979. He is a partner in the law firm -- Egley, Fullner, Montag, Morland & Easland. He is a member of the Madison County, 7th Judicial District, and Nebraska State Bar Associations. He is a former delegate to the Nebraska State Bar Associations, and formerly served on the Executive Council. He is also a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, and serves on the Mental Health Board of the 7th Judicial District of Nebraska, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Orphan Grain Train, Inc., the Nebraska Bankers Association and Banker's Title Agency of Nebraska.
Mr. Fullner concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, probate administration, bankruptcy, collection, banking law, estate planning, trust administration, municipal corporations, marital dissolution and civil litigation.
